Directions for Use
- Bring the shipment indoors immediately after delivery.
- Inspect the sealed culture before opening or adding it to your aquarium.
- If the container temperature differs significantly from the aquarium, briefly float the sealed container to reduce the temperature difference.
- Add the culture to the display aquarium, sump, refugium, or dedicated culture vessel.
- For the best opportunity to establish a population, introduce the copepods after the aquarium lights have turned off.
- Temporary changes to filtration, pumps, or UV sterilization are optional and depend on the individual system.
Use the live culture promptly and follow all directions provided on the product label.
Storage and Handling
Keep the culture protected from direct sunlight and temperature extremes. Do not freeze. Use clean tools and avoid introducing aquarium water into the original container.
Storage, aeration, and feeding requirements may vary between species and package formats. Always follow the product-specific label instead of applying a generic storage schedule.
Important Notice
This product contains living organisms, and its appearance may naturally vary. The blend does not contain a guaranteed equal ratio of each species. Copepod establishment, reproduction, continued survival, and feeding response cannot be guaranteed after introduction.

- Someone should be available for the carrier’s first delivery attempt
- Live and perishable products cannot be returned after shipment
Delivery concerns must be reported within two hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery. Keep the culture and all original packaging and provide clear photographs or video of the culture, shipping box, insulation, shipping label, and any visible damage.
