Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to equipment returns
  • Restocking fees may apply for returns due to:
    • Incorrect item selection
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Change of mind (“no longer needed”)

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return
  • Returns missing parts, accessories, or original packaging will be denied

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used consumables
  • Aquarium food products
  • Water additives, supplements, and treatments
  • Water testing kits and reagents

Due to contamination risk and safety concerns, these items cannot be restocked or resold.

Return Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • Returns will be reviewed and approved after inspection
  • Refunds will only be issued if the item meets all return requirements
  • If the product is not in acceptable condition, the return will be denied

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working, you must:

  • Contact us within the delivery window
  • Provide photos and/or video evidence

Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or exchange.
