Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee applies to equipment returns
- Restocking fees may apply for returns due to:
- Incorrect item selection
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind (“no longer needed”)
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for return
- Returns missing parts, accessories, or original packaging will be denied
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used consumables
- Aquarium food products
- Water additives, supplements, and treatments
- Water testing kits and reagents
Due to contamination risk and safety concerns, these items cannot be restocked or resold.
Return Inspection Process
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- Returns will be reviewed and approved after inspection
- Refunds will only be issued if the item meets all return requirements
- If the product is not in acceptable condition, the return will be denied
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working, you must:
- Contact us within the delivery window
- Provide photos and/or video evidence
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or exchange.
