Infinity and Beyond Aquatics works with manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. Products may ship separately from different locations. Review the product's shipping notice and the charges shown at checkout before ordering.

Rates apply to the corresponding shipping group, not to every item on the website. Certain products have a separate product-specific rate, including selected lighting, pumps, plumbing parts, salt, and case-quantity items. Variant sizes may use different shipping groups. These exceptions are identified in the product shipping notice; final applicable charges are displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping: Eligible Items Only

The $100 offer applies only to eligible standard merchandise assigned to a qualifying shipping group. It does not waive Medium, Large, Oversized/Freight, livestock, frozen, refrigerated, international, or other specialty shipping charges. Adding standard merchandise to a specialty order does not make the specialty shipment free.

There is no free livestock or frozen-food shipping threshold. These charges apply regardless of order value. The previous free livestock offer is discontinued.

Mixed orders may have separate charges for different shipping groups or fulfillment locations. Do not assume that products from different groups combine into one flat fee. International orders do not qualify for the domestic free-shipping offer.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most in-stock standard merchandise is processed within 1–3 business days. Standard, Medium, and Large delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after processing and dispatch. Freight delivery requires scheduling and is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch; special orders and manufacturer lead times may take longer.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing, distributor preparation, inventory transfers, quarantine, and special-order lead times are separate from carrier transit time. Backorders and preorders follow the availability information on the product page. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Weather, carrier disruptions, stock availability, holidays, customs, and livestock readiness may delay dispatch or delivery. Tracking is supplied when available. A label-created notice does not mean that the carrier has collected the package.

Livestock Shipping and Availability

Live-animal shipping is $59.99 per applicable livestock shipment. Livestock travels separately from frozen foods and dry goods in insulated packaging with appropriate temperature-control materials. Separate shipping profiles or fulfillment locations may result in separate charges shown at checkout.

Live fish, corals, and invertebrates generally ship Monday through Wednesday via Priority Overnight or an equivalent overnight service. These are shipping days, not guaranteed dispatch dates. We avoid later-week dispatch to reduce weekend transit risks and may hold orders until safe shipping conditions are available.

Select fish may require up to seven business days for quarantine, observation, conditioning, and shipping preparation before dispatch. This period is additional to overnight transit. Follow the individual listing's preparation information.

Product photographs are representative unless specifically marked WYSIWYG; natural size, pattern, and color vary.

Livestock and Frozen Destination Restrictions

Livestock and frozen products ship only within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship them to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. A physical delivery address is required; these products cannot ship to a PO box. The same restrictions apply when our products are purchased through a Shopify Collective retail partner.

Live Animal Arrival Guarantee and DOA Claims

Eligible livestock is covered by our arrive-alive guarantee, subject to the delivery and documentation requirements below. This is an arrival guarantee, not a promise of continued survival after delivery.

Arrange for prompt receipt, monitor tracking, and bring the shipment indoors immediately. In the event of a dead-on-arrival animal, contact info@infinityandbeyondaquatics.com immediately and submit the claim and clear photographs within 12 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery time.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the affected animal, its packaging, the exterior shipping box, and the shipping label. Video or additional documentation may be requested to verify the claim. Retain the packaging and follow our instructions; do not return livestock without authorization. Late or undocumented claims may be denied.

The guarantee does not cover losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused or missed delivery, delayed retrieval, customer-requested carrier holds or redirects, improper handling or acclimation, unsuitable aquarium conditions, water quality, incompatibility or aggression, or care after delivery. A carrier delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund; report any arrival issue promptly for review.

Approved claims are resolved according to the verified issue and product availability. Claim submission does not guarantee approval or a particular remedy. Original livestock shipping charges are nonrefundable. If a replacement shipment is approved, the customer is responsible for its applicable shipping, packaging, and handling costs. A DOA approval does not include free replacement shipping. Livestock cannot be returned under the standard 14-day return policy.

Frozen Food Shipping

Frozen shipping is $59.99 per applicable frozen-food shipment, regardless of order value. Frozen foods generally ship Tuesday through Thursday via Priority Overnight in insulated packaging with dry ice or other appropriate temperature-control materials. Weather, holidays, carrier conditions, and fulfillment readiness may affect scheduling.

No minimum frozen-food quantity is required. Frozen foods ship separately from livestock and dry goods; other shipping charges may apply to mixed orders.

Receive the delivery promptly and transfer the food to your freezer. If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the food, packaging, box, and shipping label. Retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Frozen foods are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind; verified arrival issues are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy. Original specialized shipping charges are nonrefundable after dispatch.

International Shipping for Eligible Nonperishable Products

International shipping is available only for eligible products and supported destinations. Current shipping groups may display General International $74.99, Medium International $79.99, Large International $149.99, and International Freight $600.00. Separate product-specific rates may apply.

International charges are preliminary estimates. After obtaining the actual shipping quote, we may issue an invoice for an additional balance. The order will not ship until that balance is paid. If the updated charge is not accepted, we may cancel and refund the eligible unfulfilled portion. Standard international transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch, and international freight at 6–15 business days, subject to customs and carrier delays.

Duties, VAT, brokerage, customs charges, and destination taxes may be payable separately unless expressly collected at checkout. Customers must confirm import eligibility and pay applicable destination charges. Livestock and frozen products are not eligible for international shipping.

Shopify Collective Retail Partners

Collective shipping depends on the shared price list, each product's assigned shipping group, and the retail partner's checkout configuration. The $100 standard offer applies only to eligible products; it is not a blanket offer for every product on a price list. Specialty charges and destination restrictions still apply.

Retail partners should contact us to confirm price-list eligibility, checkout behavior, and payment arrangements before promising free shipping or assuming that no separate invoice is required. Website retail offers alone do not confirm a partner's Collective terms.

Cancellations, Returns, and Delivery Issues

Contact us immediately if an order requires a change. Cancellation or address changes may be unavailable once processing or fulfillment has begun, including distributor reservation, inventory transfer, preparation, or carrier assignment. A request is confirmed only when we approve it in writing. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, final-sale exclusions, return authorization, shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees.

For damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective non-livestock products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Keep the product and all packaging while the claim is reviewed. Report missing shipments promptly after the expected delivery date. Do not refuse or return a shipment without written instructions.

Customers are responsible for accurate addresses and prompt receipt. Customer-caused redelivery, return-to-sender, or reshipping costs may apply. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or reimbursement. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
