Reduce carbon dioxide in the air supplied to a compatible protein skimmer. The IceCap CO2 scrubber holds absorbent media in a canister that connects to the skimmer’s air intake, helping address low pH associated with elevated indoor CO2.
- Small, IC-CO-50: approximately 0.5 kg media capacity.
- Medium, IC-CO-100: approximately 1 kg media capacity.
- Large, IC-CO-200: approximately 2 kg media capacity.
Includes a mounting bracket and 3/8-inch push-connect fittings. Check available space, airline fit and your skimmer’s air requirements before selecting a size. Use suitable CO2 absorbent media and replace it as needed. Monitor aquarium pH; results depend on the system and surrounding air.
