MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Use RO/DI water with a TDS below 10 ppm—0 ppm is preferred. Bring the water to approximately 70–75°F and slowly add the salt while circulating with a mixing pump or air stone. Adjust to your desired salinity between 28–35 ppt, or approximately 1.021–1.026 specific gravity.

Once the salt has dissolved and the water is clear, heat it to the temperature of your aquarium. Allow the mixture to circulate for at least two hours before completing a water change.

Never add dry salt directly to an aquarium containing livestock.
