Before treatment

Do not use with macroalgae or a refugium. Follow the current package instructions for skimming, UV, and filtration changes. Blue Life calls for a 72-hour pause in skimming, activated carbon, and phosphate remover use; additional chemical filtration is removed during treatment. Maintain adequate oxygenation while equipment is paused.

What to expect

Blue Life advises allowing 10–14 days for results. Follow the supplied scoop directions rather than estimating a dose. This product is for algae control; it should not be substituted for a fish-parasite or general disease treatment.
