Important Flow Information
The advertised maximum flow represents pump output under ideal conditions. Actual flow will vary depending on vertical head height, plumbing diameter, tubing length, elbows, valves, manifolds, reactors and other restrictions.
When selecting a return pump, calculate the required flow at the actual head height of your aquarium system instead of relying only on maximum zero-head flow.
Always confirm that the selected model’s connection sizes, flow range and maximum head height are suitable for your aquarium and plumbing configuration.
