Suggested Use

Temporarily turn off pumps, mechanical filtration, protein skimmers, and UV sterilizers before adding the copepods. Gently distribute them near rockwork, substrate, or directly into the refugium.

Adding copepods after the aquarium lights turn off may provide additional time for them to settle before active fish begin feeding. Allow approximately 20 to 30 minutes before restarting equipment.

Live copepods ship Monday through Wednesday using two-day shipping service. Orders may require up to three business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following shipping window to prevent weekend carrier delays.

Live foods may ship separately from equipment, frozen foods, livestock, or products fulfilled by another supplier. Separate shipping charges may apply when an order requires multiple shipments.

Customers should open and inspect all live products immediately upon delivery. Any live-arrival concern must be reported within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and its condition.
