Orphek Azurelite Blue & UV LED Flashlight Combo

Carry a closer view of your corals in your hand. The Azurelite combo includes separate blue and UV LED flashlights that let you direct light toward one specimen or shaded section of the aquarium without changing the tank's regular lighting program.

Why there are two lights

• Blue LED flashlight: Bring out coral fluorescence and look at coloration in a focused area, including after the aquarium's daytime lights are off.
• UV LED flashlight: Inspect a coral under a different wavelength and look for fluorescent details you may miss under the usual display lighting.

Where you'll use them

Check coral placement in caves or overhangs, observe your reef after lights-out, or carry the pair when viewing possible coral purchases. A handheld beam lets you compare areas without changing your fixture's settings. The combo also makes a practical gift for a reefer who enjoys inspecting and photographing their corals.

Different corals respond differently to blue and UV illumination. Fluorescence is a viewing effect, not proof that a coral is healthy. Continue to use normal visual inspection, water tests and appropriate care when evaluating an animal.
