Orphek 52mm Extra Wide Coral Lens Kit

Blue reef lighting can leave your coral photos looking very different from what you see in person. Orphek's four-lens kit gives you color-correction filters, a macro lens for close-ups and a polarizing lens to manage reflections, packed in a protective case for trips to the aquarium shop or photo sessions at home.

What each lens does

• 15,000 K orange filter: Helps balance the blue cast produced by many reef lights.
• 20,000 K yellow filter: Gives you another way to adjust the color of a heavily blue-lit scene.
• Macro lens: Lets you move in on polyps, texture and smaller reef subjects. Orphek specifies a +10 macro lens.
• 52 mm circular polarizing lens: Helps reduce glare and reflections on reflective surfaces and can improve the clarity of your shot.

Phone, tablet and camera fit

For a smartphone or tablet, attach the included universal clip over the camera you're using. The lens rings can be swapped or combined for different effects. A DSLR lens must have a 52 mm filter thread for direct attachment; the 52 mm measurement refers to the filter thread, not the size of the camera body. Check alignment around large multi-camera modules and cases before shooting.

Made for repeat use

Orphek describes glass optical elements and aluminum lens rings. The lenses screw together for combination shots and pack into the included hard-flex case. Clean the glass with the supplied cloth and avoid rubbing sand or salt deposits across the optical surfaces.
