Freight Shipping Information

This aquarium and stand combination ships directly from the manufacturer by truck freight. Please allow approximately one to three weeks for processing and shipment.

The freight carrier will contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. An adult must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment. Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The driver is not responsible for bringing the aquarium or stand inside the residence or business.

Carefully inspect the aquarium, stand and exterior packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be documented on the delivery receipt and photographed immediately. Please contact us promptly if damage is discovered.
