Refrigerated Salt Water Technology

The aF4 uses Refrigerated Salt Water technology to maintain prepared frozen food in a chilled liquid state. This allows your fish to receive frozen food automatically without requiring someone to thaw and manually feed every portion.

It is an excellent solution for vacations, frequent travelers, demanding work schedules and aquarists who want a more consistent frozen feeding routine.

Flexible Feeding Control

Each feeding can be adjusted from 5 mL to 50 mL, allowing the system to support aquariums with different stocking levels and feeding requirements.

The six foot dispensing tube also allows the feeder to be positioned away from the aquarium when needed.

Easy Food Preparation and Maintenance

The removable 200 mL reservoir makes it easier to prepare food mixtures and clean the system. Additional food mixtures can be prepared in advance and staged in the freezer for future use.

The built in self cleaning process runs between feedings, while a separate deep cleaning function supports routine system maintenance.

Important Installation Information

The installation area must remain below the manufacturer’s maximum recommended ambient temperature of 85°F.

A separate rimmed aquarium adapter is required for installation on a rimmed tank. Always follow the manufacturer’s setup, food preparation, cleaning and maintenance instructions.
