Monitor the Lifeblood of Your Aquarium

Take the guesswork out of your aquarium's water movement with HYDROS Precision Flow Sensors. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the HYDROS Control ecosystem, these inline sensors provide real-time flow monitoring for return pumps, UV sterilizers, media reactors, chillers, and other critical equipment.

Knowing your flow rate isn't just convenient—it's one of the easiest ways to catch problems before they become expensive. A drop in flow can indicate clogged plumbing, dirty filter socks, calcium buildup, or even a failing pump long before your aquarium shows signs of trouble.

Whether you're running a nano reef or a large automated reef system, HYDROS Flow Sensors help you monitor the performance of your equipment 24 hours a day.

Why Monitor Water Flow?

Most aquarium equipment doesn't simply stop working—it slowly loses performance over time.

A HYDROS Flow Sensor continuously measures the amount of water moving through your plumbing, allowing you to identify changes before they become serious problems.

Monitoring your flow rate can help you detect:

• Clogged filter socks
• Dirty mechanical filtration
• Blocked UV sterilizers
• Restricted media reactors
• Failing return pumps
• Calcium buildup inside plumbing
• Partially closed valves
• Reduced pump performance

Instead of discovering an issue after your livestock is affected, HYDROS gives you the opportunity to act early.
