Shipping & Live Arrival Policy

Shipping & Live Arrival

$59.99 overnight livestock shipping — contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC only. No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, territories, PO boxes, military addresses or international delivery. Livestock does not qualify for free standard shipping. Separate fulfillment groups may incur separate checkout charges.

Ships directly from our livestock supplier Monday–Wednesday, subject to animal readiness and safe weather. Allow up to a 14-day quarantine/preparation window before dispatch. Overnight transit begins after shipment, not when the order is placed. Supplier preparation does not replace your own quarantine or guarantee a disease-free fish.

For a live arrival issue, contact us immediately and provide clear photos within 12 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery. See our Shipping & Live Arrival Policy for full terms.

A shimmering blue-green swimmer that brings movement to the open water above your reef.

Quick Care Guide

Pack options: 1 fish or 6 fish. Quantity 1 buys one selected pack.
Offered size: Medium; sizes vary.
Adult size: Up to approximately 4 inches.
Recommended minimum aquarium: 30 gallons; footprint, stocking and adult needs matter.
Temperament: Peaceful; groups may develop a pecking order.

Pack Selection

Single fish: $9.99. Six-fish pack: $54.99. A pack contains six Green Chromis, not a guaranteed bonded group or lasting school. A six-fish group needs substantially more space than the single-fish minimum, generous swimming room, and separate refuges. Monitor for bullying and provide a separation plan.

Aquarium Setup & Compatibility

Reef compatible. Allow generous swimming room and separate retreat areas; a lasting school is not guaranteed.

Feeding for Long-Term Success

Omnivore: small marine pellets, mysis and enriched plankton; offer several small feedings.

Water & Arrival

Provide a fully cycled, stable marine aquarium around 75–78°F, specific gravity 1.024–1.026 and pH 8.1–8.4. Ammonia and nitrite should be undetectable. Follow the supplied arrival instructions and avoid abrupt salinity or temperature changes. Use a covered aquarium and species-appropriate quarantine setup.

Useful Pairings

Prepare with our fish acclimation and isolation equipment, fish foods and water testing supplies. Select foods to match this fish’s diet; acclimation equipment does not replace quarantine.
