Oversized Freight Shipping

This aquarium system ships by freight and does not qualify for standard parcel or free shipping promotions. A $200 oversized freight shipping charge applies at checkout.

Freight delivery is generally curbside. The carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery appointment, and an adult may be required to accept the shipment. The customer is responsible for moving the aquarium and stand from the delivery location into the home or business.

Please inspect every carton, the aquarium, stand and pallet before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph the shipment immediately. Concealed damage must be reported as soon as it is discovered. Do not discard packaging until the system has been fully inspected.

Delivery timing may vary according to manufacturer availability, destination and freight scheduling. We will contact you if additional information is required to complete delivery.
