Care, Feeding & Compatibility
Peaceful grazers for film algae and diatoms on rockwork and glass in established marine aquariums. Provide enough natural grazing or appropriate supplemental marine algae foods.
Inspect regularly and gently right overturned snails, as they may struggle to recover unaided. Avoid snail-eating fish and excessive hermit competition. Choose the pack size to match available food and maintain stable water quality.
Water Quality & Acclimation
Maintain stable marine conditions, approximately 75–78°F, specific gravity 1.024–1.026 and pH 8.1–8.4. Keep ammonia and nitrite undetectable. Follow the supplied arrival instructions and avoid sudden salinity changes, copper medications and rough handling.
Prepare for Arrival
Recommended accessory: Simplicity Drip Acclimation Kit, sold separately, for controlled acclimation when directed by the arrival instructions.
