Place the colony where it receives gentle, indirect flow. Excessive water movement can prevent the fleshy polyps from fully expanding.
Allow several inches of space between this Acan and neighboring corals. Acan corals may extend feeding or sweeper tentacles, particularly after the aquarium lights turn off.

Feeding
The Asian Multi-Acan Colony receives much of its energy from reef lighting but benefits from occasional target feeding.
Offer small portions of mysis shrimp, finely chopped marine foods or appropriately sized coral foods once or twice per week. Avoid overfeeding or placing oversized food directly onto the polyps.
