Provide enough space around the coral for full polyp extension and to prevent contact with neighboring corals. Stable reef parameters and available nutrients will help support healthy extension, coloration and continued growth.
Start the coral in an area with lower lighting and gradually acclimate it to its final placement. Water movement should gently sway the polyps without forcefully whipping them around.

Feeding
The 2Face Goniopora receives much of its energy from reef lighting but benefits from occasional feeding with appropriately sized coral foods, amino acids and suspended planktonic foods.
