Freight delivery

This aquarium ships in a protective crate by LTL freight. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery; liftgate service is included. Inspect the crate and aquarium at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.

AquaVim returns

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with all original parts. Aquarium plumbing must remain unglued and uncut. Items altered or tested with water, even briefly, cannot be returned.

The buyer pays return freight and must pack the item to prevent transit damage. The buyer is responsible for return-shipment damage; items that arrive damaged are not eligible for a refund. Contact info@infinityandbeyondaquatics.com before arranging a return.
