Equipped with a quiet PSK DC-1200 pump and a dual-action solid-state sensor, this advanced skimmer continuously monitors foam wetness and collection-cup level to help prevent over-skimming and overflowing.

When the foam becomes wetter than the user-selected threshold, the self-leveling system automatically reduces pump intensity. It then gradually readjusts the pump until stable skimming is restored, helping maintain consistent waste removal while continuing to aerate the aquarium water.

The bubble diffusion chamber evenly distributes fine bubbles throughout the reaction body, maximizing air-to-water contact without restricting airflow or water flow. Rubber pump connectors and an air intake silencer help reduce vibration and operating noise.

IMPORTANT CONTROLLER REQUIREMENT

The Red Sea ReefRun Dual Controller is required to operate this DC skimmer and is sold separately. The ReefRun Dual Controller is not included with this product.

When connected through the required ReefRun Dual Controller, the skimmer integrates with the ReefBeat app for pump adjustment, customized schedules, feed and maintenance modes, collection-cup notifications, and equipment alerts.
