The ORA Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish is a striking naturally occurring color variation of the popular Ocellaris Clownfish. Also known as the Darwin Ocellaris or Darwin False Percula, this variety originates from a limited natural range near Darwin in Northern Australia.
Young Black & White Ocellaris may display traces of orange, particularly around the face. As the fish matures, the orange coloration typically disappears and is replaced by a rich black body contrasted by three bright white bands.
Captive-bred by ORA, these clownfish are hardy, adaptable and well suited for beginner and experienced marine aquarists.

Diet and Feeding
The Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish is an omnivore that readily accepts a varied marine diet, including:
-
High-quality marine pellets
-
Marine flakes
-
Frozen mysis shrimp
-
Enriched brine shrimp
-
Finely chopped marine foods
Feed small portions once or twice daily. Avoid adding more food than the fish can consume within a few minutes.
Compatibility
Black & White Ocellaris Clownfish are generally peaceful and can be maintained with a variety of compatible reef fish and invertebrates. They may become territorial after establishing a preferred area, especially when kept as a bonded pair or when hosting an anemone.
Do not combine multiple unrelated clownfish species in a small aquarium. Customers interested in keeping two clownfish should introduce appropriately sized individuals or purchase an established pair to reduce the risk of aggression.
Anemone Requirements
A host anemone is not required for this clownfish to remain healthy. If an anemone is added, it should only be placed in a mature aquarium with appropriate lighting and stable water parameters.
