Aquarium Care & Placement

Use a stable, established reef with lighting and circulating water suited to the identified coral. Acclimate gradually to your lighting rather than immediately placing a new frag in the brightest position. Leave room around the frag for growth and inspect it during quarantine.

Feeding & Ongoing Care

Monitor salinity, temperature, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium, and keep nutrients stable. Avoid sudden chemistry changes or allowing debris to collect around the coral. Use the species-specific placement notes below when provided.

Prepare for Your New Coral

The Simplicity Drip Acclimation Kit, Seachem Reef Dip and AquaNutri Restore are optional add-ons sold separately. Follow species and product-label guidance. Use coral treatments in separate containers, rinse between steps, and never mix Reef Dip with Restore or pour used treatment water into the aquarium.
