Protect Your Skimmer. Prevent Overflows. Simplify Maintenance.

The IceCap AC Skimmer Controller is designed to add an extra layer of protection and automation to your protein skimmer setup. Whether you’re trying to prevent messy skimmer overflows or make feeding and maintenance easier, this controller helps keep your aquarium system safer and more stable.

Compatible with most standard AC-powered protein skimmers and waste collectors, the IceCap AC Skimmer Controller can automatically shut down your skimmer when overflow conditions are detected helping prevent accidental spills, wasted skimmate, and equipment headaches.

This is an excellent upgrade for reef hobbyists who want more control and peace of mind from their filtration system.

Smart Protection For Your Protein Skimmer

What Does A Skimmer Controller Do?

Protein skimmers are one of the most important filtration tools in a saltwater aquarium. They remove dissolved waste before it breaks down into nutrients like nitrate and phosphate.

The problem?

Skimmers can sometimes overflow due to:

• Feeding additives
• Water changes
• Dosing products
• Power outages
• Dirty skimmer necks
• Sudden water chemistry changes

A skimmer controller helps protect your system by monitoring overflow conditions and temporarily shutting the skimmer off when needed.

Prevent Messy Overflow Accidents Before They Happen

Why Is This Useful?

Without a controller, a skimmer overflow can:

• Spill waste water onto the floor
• Empty collection cups unexpectedly
• Remove too much saltwater from the system
• Create salinity instability
• Cause equipment stress

The IceCap AC Skimmer Controller helps reduce those risks while also adding convenient feed timers and restart delays.
