Harlequin Rasboras – 6 Pack or 12 Pack
Harlequin Rasboras are peaceful freshwater schooling fish known for their copper-orange bodies and distinctive black triangular markings. Their active yet gentle behavior makes them an excellent addition to planted aquariums and peaceful tropical communities.
These small fish look their best when swimming together in a properly sized school. Harlequin Rasboras should be kept in groups of at least seven, with larger groups creating a more confident and impressive display.
Available Options
6 Pack
Includes six Harlequin Rasboras. This option is intended for customers adding fish to an existing school.
12 Pack
Includes twelve Harlequin Rasboras and is the recommended option for customers starting a new school.
Schooling Requirements
Harlequin Rasboras are true schooling fish and should not be maintained alone or in very small groups. A group of seven or more helps them feel secure and encourages natural swimming and social behavior.
The 6-pack should be added to an established group containing at least one compatible Harlequin Rasbora. Customers starting a new school should select the 12-pack.

Aquarium Requirements
Provide a fully cycled aquarium with stable water conditions and sufficient open space for schooling. Harlequin Rasboras are particularly attractive in planted aquariums with darker substrate, driftwood, shaded areas, and gentle to moderate water movement.
Plants placed along the back and sides of the aquarium provide security while leaving the center open for group swimming. A secure lid is recommended because these active fish may jump when startled.
Feeding
Harlequin Rasboras are omnivores and readily accept quality tropical flakes, micro pellets, and appropriately sized granules. Supplement their prepared diet with small frozen or freeze-dried foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, bloodworms, and finely chopped mysis shrimp.
Offer small portions that every member of the school can consume within a few minutes. Remove uneaten food to maintain water quality.
