Delivery is typically curbside, and the carrier may contact the customer to arrange an appointment. The customer is responsible for moving the aquarium and stand inside.

Inspect the aquarium, cabinet, glass and packaging before accepting delivery. Photograph and document any visible damage with the freight carrier at the time of delivery.
